Returns & Refund Policy
Due to COVID-19, many manufacturers are running at lower than normal production schedules and as such inventories may be impacted. Golf Gear Box cannot be held responsible for manufacturing delays and will not issue refunds for drop shipped products delayed from suppliers.
Shippers (FedEx, UPS & USPS) have informed us that shipping schedules are being delayed & interrupted. Golf Gear Box cannot be held responsible for payment for expedited shipping rates that are delayed in transit by carriers.

Please be assured that, AS ALWAYS, we will repair or replace any defective item.
* We will be happy to assist with any incorrect, damaged, missing or defective
* The customer is responsible to check all goods upon receipt to ensure there is no incorrect, damaged, missing or defective items.
* Incorrect, damaged or defective goods must be reported within
7-days from delivery, must not be used & in like new condition, or it may not be
accepted for return. Freight shipped items that are damaged in transit must be reported within 24-hours.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Tour Links products are subject to a 23% restocking fee.
Orders cancelled before they leave our warehouse are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Putting green orders cancelled before they leave our manufacturing partners warehouses are subject to a 13% cancellation fee. Putting green orders that are cancelled after they leave our manufacturing partners warehouses are subject to a 23% cancellation fee.
Items that do not qualify for returns/refunds:

* Items Marked "Closeout" or "Clearance"
* Shipping Costs
