Returns & Refund Policy

Customer's Responsibility

* The customer is responsible to check all goods upon receipt to ensure there is no incorrect, damaged, missing or defective items. 

* Incorrect, damaged or defective goods must be reported within
7-days from delivery, must not be used & in like new condition, or it may not be
accepted for return.

Returns

* We will be happy to assist with any incorrect, damaged, missing or defective merchandise

* Customers are required to request a Return Authorization prior to returning an merchandise 

* All returns must be completed within 30-days.

* We strongly suggest all returns are sent insured, trackable and packed safely. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost returns.

Non-Defective Returns:

All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. UltraBase, Tour Links & Big Moss products are subject to a 23% restocking fee. 

Cancelled Orders: 

Orders cancelled before they leave our warehouse are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. Putting green orders cancelled before they leave our manufacturing partners warehouses are subject to a 13% cancellation fee. Putting green orders that are cancelled after they leave our manufacturing partners warehouses are subject to a 23% cancellation fee.

Items that do not qualify for returns/refunds:
* Custom Items
* Items Marked "Closeout" or "Clearance"
* Shipping Costs

Refunds:

* Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process upon receipt of the returned goods

* Returned merchandise must be in new/unused condition and must 
include all original manufacturer packaging and contents or it may 
not be accepted for return
