Returns & Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19, many manufacturers are running at lower than normal production schedules and as such inventories may be impacted. Golf Gear Box cannot be held responsible for manufacturing delays and will not issue refunds for drop shipped products from suppliers impacted by the current health crisis.

Shippers (FedEx, UPS & USPS) have informed us that shipping schedules are being delayed & interrupted. Golf Gear Box cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive within the quarantine period and order cancellations and returns will not be accepted at this time.

Please be assured that, AS ALWAYS, we will repair or replace any defective item. 

* We will be happy to assist with any incorrect, damaged, missing or defective
merchandise.

* The customer is responsible to check all goods upon receipt to insure there is no incorrect, damaged, missing or defective items. 


* Incorrect, damaged or defective goods must be reported within
7-days from delivery, must not be used, or it may not be
accepted for return. One pre-paid shipping label will be
provided (upon request) at no extra cost in these circumstances

* Items Marked "Closeout" or "Clearance"
* Shipping Costs
